Chef Will

About Catapano Pasta: Head Pasta Maker Will Johnson grew up in Nashville,TN. His grandmother, Rose (Noni) Catapano, shared with him her love of food and cooking. After working in business in Nashville for 10 years, Will decided to move to San Francisco to pursue his lifelong passion for cooking. He went to cooking school at San Francisco Cooking School, followed by a stint at The Progress. He then worked at the San Francisco based restaurant, Nopa, where he honed his pasta making skills. Since the start of Covid, Will has moved back to Nashville to bring his skills to the city he calls home.
